Our client is a professional and established business in the Ringwood area who are now looking for an Operations Support Manager to oversee the Business Operations team including sales. As Operations Support Manager you will be responsible for ensuring that the daily queue of tasks and jobs are attended to in both time and quality.
Key responsibilities as Operations Support Manager:
- You will manage capacity planning and allocate resources for the daily tasks. Ensuring that targets are met
- You will oversee operation and performance and make sure that individuals are hitting their own personal KPI’s.
- Balance workload as required and necessary
- Manage any process, using root cause analysis to implement corrective action plans.
- You will review and cost of operations, working to reduce costs where possible.
Key Responsibilities as Operations Support Manager:
- You will be a super organised individual, being able to demonstrate an ability to prioritise and work in a fast-paced environment with ease.
- Proven leadership and supervisory experience within a multi-skilled team environment
- Reporting experience on capacity, ops targets, budget, costs and performance and KPI’s
- Continuous Improvement experience, applying quality process improvement tools
- Excellent customer service experience, having managed potentially difficult conversations and situations with clients.
