We have been providing IT support from our Bury St Edmunds base for many years and have a wealth of experience in all areas of information technology.
We're now looking for an IT Support Consultant with experience of remote and onsite support of the full suite of SME network solutions.
Essential skills:
- Microsoft server technologies
- Active Directory administration
- Microsoft Exchange Server / Exchange Online
- Microsoft desktop operating systems
- Network technologies such as routers, switches, wireless etc
- Virtualisation technologies
- Microsoft 365
This role is to support our extensive customer base in all aspects of their IT. This will include a mix of ongoing remote and onsite support, as well as installations and cloud migrations.
To be considered for this role, you must live within reasonable travelling distance of Bury St Edmunds.
