My client is looking for a strong 1st/2nd Line support person who will provide IT expertise in the following areas
* to be considered for this role you simply need to have a background in IT support (upwards of six months experience), be a team player and have very good customer liaison skills.*
- Deliver high quality effective IT service management and support processes.
- Ensure procedures are followed.
Areas of responsibility will include
Issue Management
Problem Management
Change Control
Asset Management.
Support the IT service desk which is intended and act as a point of contact for all IT hardware, software, and service-related enquiries and issues
Making sure that all incidents and service requests are logged, prioritised and progressed efficiently and professionally.
Follow established proactive problem management processes to identify and resolve common or underlying issues.
Knowledge share with colleagues and team members
Support and develop new/less experienced members of the service delivery team members
Maintain up-to-date awareness of industry developments and best practices regarding user support and service delivery.
