The successful candidate will have great communication skills and a high level of experience with all the SAP Business One components.

Responsibilities:

· Provide support to SAP B1 to internal users

· Help desk assistance and resolve tickets

· Escalate issues to the relevant teams

· Report writing

Experience:

· SAP B1 experience from partner or End User experience

· Preferably SAP Business One version 10 certified

· Crystal Reports or SQL query writing

· Add-on experience is a bonus

Salary:

The salary is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum (depending on experience).

Location:

This is a hybrid role in the office in Manchester.
