- Aiding customer with general queries about new and existing products
- Raising claims and queries
- Responding to customers via phone call and email
- Producing quotes
Salary, Hours, Location and Benefits
- £22,500 - £26,000 per annum (depending upon experience)
- Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm (flex start time of 8:30am or 9am with a shorter lunch 37.5 hours per week)
- Hybrid working available, office based in Bamber Bridge
- 22 days annual leave increasing by with length of service to a maximum of 28 days plus bank holidays
