Brand Spanking new role for my ever growing Insurance Client. I will state that this is NOT a developer position, you just need to know your stuff when it comes to API Integrations. The vast majority are REST but there are some SOAP API's kicking about. This role isn't about coding - it's about being the go-to expert in seamlessly connecting our client with third-party partners.
While the majority of API's are REST, there's a sprinkle of SOAP in the mix. Your mission? Show their partners the ropes, collaborating closely with their Dev and Product teams to ensure a smooth ride.
Responsibilities:
As part of the team you'll:
Provide hands-on support to partners, leveraging your expertise to improve our API documentation.
Collaborate closely with internal development teams to enhance APIs, ensuring they meet partners' requirements.
Identify and recommend process and technology improvements for faster, more efficient integrations.
Offer technical expertise to the sales team and gather partner feedback for continuous improvement.
Serve as the main point of contact for API-related inquiries, resolving both internal and external issues swiftly.
Requirements:
We're seeking candidates with:
Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with API integrations.
Strong understanding of data structures and mapping techniques.
Familiarity with technical writing principles.
Proactive problem-solving skills with excellent communication abilities.
Confidence in leading customer project calls.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
