My client is looking for someone who has experience in helping Vulnerable Customers. The repayment planning element of the role can be trained.

My client is looking for the following:-
- Experience in helping Vulnerable Customers
- Resilient
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Previous Customer Service experience
- Work well under pressure
- You will need to be numerical too, as you may sometimes be required to solve calculations and provide customers with accurate calculations
If successful your offer of employment will be subject to references, DBS check, credit check and will need to hold valid right to work documents.
You will be answering incoming calls/making outbound calls and some duties will include:
- Repayment planning (training given)
- Complaints handling
- Answering any customer queries
- Providing calculations such as remaining balance
As this is a remote position, you should ensure you have a suitable working environment at home, the company will provide a working from home kit including laptop/headset etc. You just need a decent internet speed.
