Technical Project Manager (Salesforce) - 4 Month Contract (Remote) - Outside IR35 - £500 Per day
Chapman Tate Associates working with a dynamic and innovative company dedicated to leveraging cutting-edge technology to hire a talented and experienced Technical Project Manager (Salesforce) to support our client in shaping their Salesforce strategy and ensuring the successful delivery of Salesforce projects that align with business goals.
Job Summary:
As a Technical Project Manager (Salesforce), you will be responsible for developing a comprehensive long-term roadmap for Salesforce implementation. You will serve as the critical link between business stakeholders and the Salesforce technical team, ensuring clear communication, effective project execution, and alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Roadmap Development:

• Develop and maintain a long-term Salesforce roadmap that aligns with the company’s strategic goals and objectives.
• Identify opportunities for leveraging Salesforce to enhance business processes and drive growth.

Project Management:

• Oversee the management and delivery of 10+ Salesforce projects across various business units.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.

Stakeholder Management:

• Act as the primary point of contact between Salesforce teams and business stakeholders.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project teams, business units, and external partners.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with project goals and deliverables.

Technical Expertise:

• Utilize your technical Salesforce background to guide project teams and ensure best practices.
• Stay updated on Salesforce’s latest products, features, and industry trends.
• Provide technical oversight and ensure the quality of Salesforce solutions delivered.

Process Improvement:

• Continuously assess and improve project management processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Implement and promote best practices in Salesforce project management.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, specifically within enterprise Salesforce environments.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products, capabilities, and best practices.
• Strong project management skills, including experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and vice versa.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant) are highly desirable.
