Chief Officer

We are recruiting for a Chief Officer to join an award-winning charity who are dedicated to delivering exceptional residential and non-residential care for vulnerable adults. As the Chief Officer, you will be at the heart of an organisation that prides itself on making a significant impact on the lives of many people, guiding a team committed to excellence and compassion.
This full-time role comes with a starting salary of £55,000 and a suite of benefits designed to support the professional and personal growth of the successful candidate. The charity seeks a visionary leader who will not only uphold the high standards of care but also drive the charity forward, expanding its reach and enhancing its services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide inspirational leadership and direction to the charity, ensuring that its values, ethos, and policies are fully embedded.
- Develop and implement a robust strategy for income generation, identifying new funding streams and building relationships with key stakeholders.
- Oversee the growth and development of both existing and new services, ensuring they meet the highest standards of care and efficiency.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence throughout the organisation.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Proven leadership experience within the charity sector or a related field.
- A track record of successful income generation and fundraising.
- Strong strategic planning and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to engage and inspire a diverse range of stakeholders.
- A deep commitment to the care and support of vulnerable individuals.
