Your new role
In this unique opportunity, you will be based in the organisation's Manchester office. You will act as the CFO to assist the business through a period of commercial change, reporting directly to the business's CEO. You will undertake all aspects of planning and executing the development of their working capital financing solutions. Also, having full responsibility for corporate accounting, development of systems and interfaces, including reviewing and developing new sales forecasting and reporting models.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a proven and experienced CFO with a formal accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in raising finance and navigating the intricacies of a potential initial public offering (IPO). You will have a strong team player, with good emotional intelligence and the ability to interact both at the board level and with finance and non-finance stakeholders.
