The successful candidate will have great communication skills and a high level of experience with all the SAP Business One components.

Responsibilities:
- Provide support to SAP B1 internal and external customers
- andHelp desk assistance and resolve tickets
- Escalate issues to the relevant teams
- Report writing
- Compliance of SAP Business One customer service level
Experience:
- SAP B1 experience from partner background
- Preferably SAP Business One version 10 certified
- Crystal Reports or SQL query writing
- Add-on experience is a bonus
Salary:
The salary is £30,000 - £45,000 per annum (depending on experience).

This is a fully remote role.
