Are you a finance enthusiast with expertise working with Dynamics 365 F&O? We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic professional to join our end-user client.
Role Overview:
As a D365F&O Support Consultant, you'll play a key role in the continued implementation of the new F&SCM system.
Your role will require you to identify new ways to use technology in order to improve the customer service and efficiency of the clients daily operations.
What you'll be doing:
- Provide support during the go-live and operation phases of projects
- Providing 1st and 2nd line support to users of the F&O system
- Providing training to new users and participating in workshops
What you will need:
- An understanding of standard D365 F&O processes
- Substantial D365 F&O support experience across a variety of modules
- Experience providing support in D365 F&O projects
- Strong problem solving experience
Desirable Skills:
- Finance experience
- Knowledge of P2P processes
- Microsoft D365 certifications
