Salary We are working with a leading education provider based in Warwickshire who are seeking an IT Technician/Digital Transformation Leader to join their growing team. As they continue to expand their is plenty of opportunity for development and progression and is a great mix of BAU support and project work.
What will you be doing?
* In conjunction with the Director of Digital, ensure the effective operation of all IT systems within the group
* Provide first and second line support for all employees across group and on site.
* Assist with installation, configuration and ongoing maintenance of computer hardware and software
* Offer operations and systems support
* Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in person, remotely and by telephone
* Undertake IT projects as necessary
* Update and maintain the group assets list
What experience do you need?
* At least 2 years' experience in an IT related role
* Good understanding of IT principles and an ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to a varied audience
* Strong Microsoft experience, including managing Windows Domains, Active Directory and Office 365
* Knowledge of IP networks and related WAN/LAN technologies including but not limited to TCP/IP, Routers, Switches, Firewalls
* Good logical reasoning and problem-solving skills
* Able to prioritise issues and manage time in the most efficient manner to provide the businesses with the best response
* Customer focused, providing high levels of customer service
* Excellent attention to detail
* Effective communication skills
* Ability to use initiative, taking ownership of issues from inception to resolution

This role is based in Worcester but will require travel across Warwickshire so you must be able to drive.
