Facilities & IT Assistant

Are you keen to be apart of the smooth running of a law firm and looking to join a leading law firm?
A leading firm are looking for an assistant to help with running of the law firm in either their Liverpool or Altrincham office. The role will involve Office porterage, including furniture moves and archiving for both incoming and outgoing materials. Managing printer and stationery stock levels, conducting regular building maintenance checks, and address concerns. Coordinate with contractors for maintenance tasks, monitor planned and reactive maintenance, and ensure proper documentation for onsite contractors. Maintain the required number of trained fire marshals and first aiders. You will also be responsible for the Communication with Cleaning and Facilities Management Company and London Office concierge as needed.
IT responsibilities include supporting the IT Manager, liaising with the outsourced IT company, updating the assets register and assisting with onboarding new staff. You will also ensure staff have necessary IT equipment and manage the delivery and collection of tech for home workers/leavers.
The successful candidate will possess DIY skills for basic office maintenance, IT support skills, and a full clean driving license with own vehicle.
