Your Role:
- Conduct service calls & installations efficiently, prioritising tasks assigned by our clients Service Desk.
- Analyse and resolve IT issues, from servers to laptops, desktops, printers, and network equipment. You'll be the go-to expert for identifying and fixing faults at a component level.
- Engage in project planning and execution, ensuring seamless installations of new hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Work to targets such as: (Apply online only) minutes work time accounted and recorded for per day, 4 site visits per day for BAU activities, 85% First Time Fix / Call completion.

- 27,000 Basic Salary
- Standby / Shift Allowances; Add an extra 4,000 to 5,000 on your base salary with standby shifts on a 1 in 4-week rotation.

Standby Shift Rota (1 in 4):
- Weekdays 17:30 - 20:00
- Weekends Saturday 09:00 - 20:00
- Weekends Sunday 10:00 - 18:00
- Shift starts Monday AM (08:00) to Sunday PM (20:00)
- Can add an additional 4,000 to 5,000 to your salary.
- Overtime will also be available.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a computer technician.
- Relevant certifications (HP, Dell, Microsoft, N+, A+).
- Thorough knowledge of computer systems and IT components.
- Critical thinking skills and ability to troubleshoot.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Full, clean driving license.
