I'm currently working with an exiting End User within the Food and Beverage industry looking for an IT Helpdesk Support Administrator to join their growing, healthy organization with the use of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central ERP. Located near the quiet, idyllic town of Shepton Mallet this vacancy will not only offer a great BC Support opportunity but the tranquil environment to maintain a healthy mindset whilst working to support projects / help administration for the farms system top to bottom.
Working 5 days a week in their Ditcheat office, you will be responsible for:
- Troubleshooting/support on Microsoft Dynamics (NAV/D365/BC)
- Ensuring support tickets are analysed and resolved in a timely manner
- Creating Statistics on Support Tickets
- Assisting in project related tasks, analysing requirements to enhance processes
- Testing of any upgrades or enhancements for NAV
- Create new Users in NAV
- Training staff and producing training documentation
- Review and approve new Item/BOM master data, challenging any error’s
- Providing support service to users both on-site and remotely
Business Central support experience is required for this role.
