Responsibilities
- Managing relationships with clients
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- Planning installations on site
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ensuring installation reports are completed and distributed
- Ensure all installations are fully costed and reviewed
- Strong communication skills at all levels both verbal and in written form
- Direct line management, development and progression of the team
Requirements:
- Relevant experience required
- Previous experience of IT related projects
- Retail operations knowledge
- Ability to work to own initiative
- Calm under pressure and an ability to reprioritise at short notice
- Strong customer service ethic and excellent organisation skills
Hours: 9 - 5:30 or 8.30 - 5pm or 8 - 4.30 Mon - Fri (Hybrid working 2 days WFH after training/ probation)
Salary: Up to GBP50,000
