International Law Firm with a global presence is seeking an IT Manager to join their London office. The firm offer a generous salary hybrid working and excellent benefits.

The IT Manager will assist in the IT department providing a seamless and innovative IT Service across the firm’s international offices. Joining a global team 60 strong the IT Manager will work with the Head of IT Service Delivery. This role may include travel to other offices.
Duties of the IT Manager:
- Act as an escalation point for the team.
- Provide technical troubleshooting solutions.
- Provide level 5 Customer Service Support within the Skills Framework for the Information Age
- Draft and maintain policy for Service Delivery.
- Monitor, track, and analyse any issues, ensuring they are resolved to the highest standard.
- Driving global IT initiatives and projects and ensuring staff are able to carry out their role.
Required experience:
- Previous leadership experience.
- Familiarity with ITSM tools, in particular ServiceNow and/or Genesys
- ITIL certified.
- Ability to relay technical issues to a non-technical audience.
