Berry Recruitment are currently seeking a dynamic IT Manager for our client based in Hertfordshire. As an IT Manager, you will oversee the IT operations and contribute to the strategic development of our client’s technology infrastructure.
Salary of the IT Manager: £40k-£50k per annum
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day IT operations and helpdesk support, ensuring seamless functionality.
- Lead infrastructure management, including installation, maintenance, and configuration of Sonic firewalls.
- Develop and implement backup strategies for Windows servers to safeguard data integrity.
- Maintain and update Hyper-V for efficient virtualisation performance.
- Enforce robust security measures to protect our IT infrastructure from potential threats.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of demonstrative experience in the IT sector.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
