ABOUT THE ROLE:
You will oversee and direct the company's IT infrastructure, including computers, networks, servers, and security systems. You'll also play a crucial part in generating and upholding SQL-based reports to offer valuable organizational insights and producing precise and visually engaging reports.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Ensure smooth connectivity and performance of computer networks.
- Manage server configurations, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Provide proactive IT support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Optimize databases using Crystal reports and SQL for data integrity and access.
- Implement backup and recovery procedures for critical databases.
- Design and develop SQL queries to analyze data
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Proficient in coding and SQL.
- You will have previous experience as an IT Manager.
- Experience with Crystal reports is desirable.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, hardware, and software.
- Experience with ERP systems is desirable.

LOCATION:
This role is based in Worthing. Conveniently located to commute from surrounding areas such as Brighton, Chichester, Horsham and Crawley.
