Purpose of the Job
Working within the IT project team, the key objective of this role is to assist the Project Manager with all project related co-ordination activities, ensuring that project governance standards are maintained and project status reports are always current.
This is a 12 - 18 month contract / secondment, home based with travel to our offices in Solihull and Luton.

Key responsibilities
- Working with the project team to liaise with Sites, Operations or Suppliers depending on the project nature via mail, text and phone calls ensuring engagement for all onsite project related activities is understood by all relevant stake holders.
- Maintain daily activity progress checks and communicate to stakeholders.
- Maintain delivery schedule and other admin related activities.
- If required during Mon-Friday 7am start times on activity days (based on 8hr days) possible flexibility for the right candidate.
Skills, Experience and Qualifications
Essential:
- Excellent communication skills, empathy and understanding of site-based operations teams routines and processes essential.
- Excellent organisational skills.
Desirable:
- Basic Microsoft knowledge including excel and word.
- Experience working within the retail or hospitality sector either at site or project level is preferred.
- Experience working with internal and external stakeholders is preferred.
