Due to expansion, we are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our business in our London Old St office.

Responsibilities:
- Building and placing sustainable talent pools in your specialist markets
- Business development and networking to generate new business
- The development of existing accounts and positioning Xpertise as the benchmark supplier within your accounts
- Building your brand via Xpertise tech community events
What are we looking for?
- Sales or Recruitment Consultant experience
- Educated to degree level or equivalent experience
- Competitive, determined and a resilient work ethic
- Excellent communication skills and a love of networking
- Limitless ambition and a real drive to be the best
- Target driven
- Authentic and Professional with a strong teamwork ethic
- History of achievements and pushing yourself out of your comfort zone – eg. Captained sports team, sports scholarship to the US, top salesperson, climbed Kilimanjaro, raised money for charity… tell us about what you did that you are most proud of!
