Do you have risk management experience, and are you seeking a new job in London? Our client is looking for a full-time IT Risk & Controls Analyst, and the hybrid role comes with an attractive hourly rate.
As an IT Risk & Controls Analyst, you will be responsible for IT Risk and Control across our client’s banking arm and securities business under a dual-hat arrangement.
To give you an idea of how this flexible role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:
- Manage IT risk environment including related policies, standards and processes
- Operate IT risk and control framework elements within 1st line Technology
- Work closely with all areas to ensure clear visibility of risk with all IT staff
- Ensure a good relationship is built with both 2nd-line ORM and 3rd-line audit
- Ensure reporting is accurate and timely, and support reporting requirements for Technology and executive committees.
To apply for this risk management role, you will need a technical background with 3+ years of experience in risk management with proven IT risk and IT governance skills. You will also require the following:
- Certified CRISC / CISA / CISM / CISSP or other relevant qualifications
- Knowledge of cyber security controls and tooling is desirable
- Ability to make sense of complex situations and rapidly prioritise issues to make effective decisions in a commercial manner.
