We are really excited to share a fantastic opportunity for an IT Service Delivery Manager (primary responsibility in Change Management) to join our IT Service Management department within Computershare Technology Services.

IT Service Delivery Managers play a key role in developing excellent working relationships with key stakeholders and business users, driving the brand of Global IT Service Management.

The role of the Global Technology Services function is to improve the Service Delivery of our IT department to meet the growing demand for availability, communication and visibility across our organization with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence.

A role you will love

This role will be working within all the IT Service Management best practises, but primarily Change Management

The key objectives of this role are:

  • To contribute to a culture of first-class service to both Technical and Business teams.
  • As IT Change Manager, you will have the day-to-day responsibility for the Company’s ITIL Change function. You will provide subject matter expertise and thought leadership for the processes and capabilities within this discipline, supporting and coaching the business to provide high-quality change management to the wider technology function.
  • Ensure the Change Management Process is followed, and changes are recorded, assessed, approved, prioritised, planned, tested, implemented, documented and reviewed,
  • Contribute to a Globally consistent approach to IT Service Management in line with industry best practice.
  • Contribute to reporting of the IT service and the performance to agreed KPIs & Service Levels.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Effectively manage the end-to-end change lifecycle and identify process improvements where possible.
  • Ensure the successful delivery of all technology change.
  • Define, develop, and maintain the Change Management framework to coordinate and manage a seamless delivery of all system and product related change.
  • Drive continuous improvements to the quality and efficiency of the change management process.
  • Monitor compliance and ensure the processes and procedures are being adhered to ensure operating processes are defined, efficient and complied with for any execution of work.

What will you bring to the role?

The role requires a good understanding of work routines and procedures used to support successful adherence to ITIL aligned service policies. The role will support and define technical and operational procedures, which require a good knowledge and awareness on how to apply them.

  • Experience of working to an ITIL based Service Management framework, with a focus on best practice within Change Management, Incident Management and Problem Management.
  • Proficiency in planning, executing, and overseeing change initiatives, ensuring successful implementation.
  • Attention to detail, rigorous scrutiny of every aspect of proposed changes to accurately assess risks and benefits.
  • Proven ability in engaging with a complex range of stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills – both oral and written with an awareness of audience.
