IT Service Desk - Logistics Team Lead
Marlow - 2 days per week in the office
Up to GBP38,000 + GBP3,000 bonus
Lynx are partnered with a lead Infrastructure & IT Services provider to help them find a Service DeskTeam Lead with experience with logistics co-ordination.
Working directly with the service-desk team, you will be liaising with a third-party company & end-clients to co-ordinate in-coming and out-going goods, ensuring that incoming goods have been dealt with and out-going goods are set up and ready to go.
Requirements:
- Knowledge around Managed Device Life-cycles beneficial
- Knowledge around Take Management
- Experience working with Talk Management items
