IT Service Management Analyst(Problem & Change)

Salary: £29K - £36.5K plus relevant allowances

My client are a leading nonprofit organisation, who are seeking an experienced IT Service Management Analyst specialising in problem and change to join their technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimising change and problem management processes to maximise the availability and stability of services.
We are looking for someone with a strong technology background and proven experience in both change and problem management. You will bring expertise in IT Service Management and transition, with the ability to implement efficient workflows. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities are essential, as you will interact with diverse technical and non-technical teams and vendors.

Responsibilities:
- Owning the change management process end-to-end.
- Chairing the change advisory board.
- Managing the problem management process to identify root causes.
- Tracking and prioritising the remediation of technical debt.
- Ensuring accurate service knowledge and configuration information.
- Taking an analytical approach with the skills to unearth hidden patterns and root causes.
Requirements:
- Strong change and problem management experience.
- Understanding of ITSM best practices and processes.
- Stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with Service Now and Microsoft products
