We are looking for an IT Support Analyst to become a vital part of our IT department. You will be the first point of contact for internal users and external clients who have questions, challenges and feedback on our systems.

Duties

• Be the primary contact for IT-related queries, providing solutions and support.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure IT needs are met effectively.
• Participate in ongoing learning and development in IT skills.
• Offering IT support across the company, addressing both routine and unexpected issues.
• Communicating effectively to understand and resolve challenges.
• Involvement in IT projects, contributing to the enhancement of our IT services.

Who We are Looking For:

• Basic Understanding of Microsoft Office Products
• Experience in customer service is highly valued, with a focus on problem-solving and user support.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn are more important than existing IT expertise.
• Someone looking to grow their IT skills in a supportive setting.
