Background
This role could be ideal if you are immediately available for a 6 month FTC to implement Every HR system. Reporting into the Director of HR you will be responsible for implementing and embedding the new HRIS. You will be able to work from any of the schools within the foundation and travel to other schools within the region will be required. The role is Part time, 22 hours a week, which can be worked flexibly to suit you.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage the implementation of EVERY HR to all the schools ensuring the HR systems, policies and procedures are aligned to the effective operation of the system.
- Support the management of statutory returns including Gender Pay Gap, Trade Union Facilities.
- Work with the data analysis team to develop statistical returns to inform performance indicators/dashboards in relation to absence data, retention data, recruitment etc
- Work with the CIO to identify and implement appropriate synergies between existing systems
- Support absence management process which may include analysing patterns of absence, monitoring trigger points and arranging absence concern meetings
Person Specification
- Proven experience of managing the implementation of new HRIS systems
- Proven experience of managing the implementation of new payroll systems
- Strong knowledge and understanding of HRIS systems and their applications
- UK driving license and access to own car
