Our client is looking for an experienced IT Support Analyst with a background in working in professional services to provide support for their Guildford office. You will also be responsible for providing support to their regional offices.
Key Skills
- Manage all UK/Regional/Global starter and leaver accounts
- Good knowledge of Microsoft applications, particularly Outlook and Teams
- Sound troubleshooting skills
- Good knowledge of Windows 10
- Experience of supporting Multi-Functional Devices and printers
- Experience of supporting mobile devices including iPhones
- Experience of using an Incident Management system
- Experience of Cisco Maintenance an advantage
