IT Support Analyst (1st/2nd Line), Abingdon, £28,000 - £35,000
A key industry leading client based in Abingdon is looking to recruit an IT Support Analyst to provide 1st and 2nd line support to internal users. This role will be a mixture of onsite and remote working, so you will need to live within a reasonable commute of Abingdon.
On a day-to-day basis you will deal with incident management, request fulfilment and seeking to proactively address IT challenges impacting the business. The IT Support Analyst role is often the first point of contact for all IT issues. Customer service is key to this role and the IT Support Analyst will need to seek to fully understand the needs of your colleagues and have a real desire to help them get to a successful conclusion.
The successful IT Support Analyst will also have some of the following:
* Excellent customer service skills. A real desire to help people and to have the drive and tenacity to own issues from start to finish.
* An excellent approach to problem solving. To have detective like skills and take a positive approach to understand and solve even the most complex problems.
* Proactive and consistent in their approach to work and will drive improvement in their areas of responsibility and beyond.
* An understanding of, and ideally experience of supporting, end user Microsoft technologies.
* An understanding of Office 365 Administration
* A passion for technology and desire to learn about new systems and tools.
