The role

Are you an IT Support Engineer who is looking for a role which will give you more responsibility and the opportunity to gain hands on experience on a variety of different projects? A leading IT company is looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic support specialist who's experienced with Windows, Active Directory, Office 365 and Networking to join them.

You will be part of a small team and will be responsible for monitoring the systems and servers to minimise downtime, troubleshooting hardware and software issues and inducting new users to the companies IT System. You will also have the chance to implement your ideas and identify opportunities for IT solutions to better the support for the business.
