Senior IT Support Engineer 

£30-50k (DOE)

My client based in Hereford are looking to add an experienced IT support professional to their ever growing team! They are very heavy in colleague progression coupled with multiple training opportunities on behalf of the company. With a fantastic modern office with excellent equipment this is a perfect opportunity for the right candidate to make the role their own!

The Role:

-        Providing 2nd and 3rd line support for multiple clients throughout the local area

-        Working closely alongside clients relating to internal systems etc.

-        Implement 365, AAD, Azure, Sharepoint etc. solutions

-        Daily management through MDM system

-        Maintain service requests all within SLA times and managing multiple cases

-        Implement hardware solutions

The Ideal Candidate:

-        Excellent knowledge of 365, Azure, Exchange, Sharepoint

-        Knowledge of Windows Operating Systems

-        Knowledge of DNS, Firewalls, DHCP

-        Understanding of IT Security and architecture

-        Current Uk drivers License

-        Happy to work in office full time
