As a key technical escalation point, the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a professional, proactive, service-orientated IT presence, aiding in project delivery, and providing ongoing support for both bespoke and off-the-shelf desktop applications.Roles and responsibilities but not limited to Provide a professional and service-oriented IT presence, prioritising user satisfaction. Manage personal workloads efficiently through effective time management. Offer ongoing support for bespoke and off-the-shelf desktop applications throughout the organisation. Contribute to project delivery and the implementation of new systems. Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical documentation.Experience and Qualifications Minimum 2 years' experience supporting Microsoft Windows operating systems. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Microsoft Server environment (AD, DNS, Group Policy,CA). Microsoft 365 (Office 365, Azure AD, Intune, Autopilot, Defender) Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Desirable: ITIL qualification. Working knowledge of VMWare vSphere and ESXi. Working knowledge of networking principles (routing, switching, wired and wireless environments). Working knowledge of security principles (AV, email security, firewalls). At least 1 year of practical experience supporting telecoms (both traditional and digital) systems.
