It Support Engineer

The IT Support Engineer is responsible for providing technical support to users of the company's computer systems and networks. This includes troubleshooting and resolving problems, installing and configuring software, and providing training to users. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of computer systems and networks, as well as excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to users of the company's computer systems and networks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems with software, hardware, and networks.
• Install and configure software and hardware.
• Provide training to users on how to use the company's computer systems and networks.
• Keep up-to-date on the latest technologies and trends in the IT industry.
• Work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in IT support.
• Strong understanding of computer systems and networks.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proficiency in 365, 1st/2nd level support, and Sophos AV.
