IT Support Engineer
Leicester
Up to £38k per annum
Agenda Partnership are currently recruiting for an IT Support Engineer for a Leicester based client to help them with supporting customers across the East Midlands. Although the office is based in Leicester but will require the need to visit clients on-site on a regularly.
Day to day you will:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot support requests, over the phone and in person, from a variety of business clients. This could involve phone support and guidance or visiting them on-site if necessary
- Install, configure, and manage a broad range of IT solutions
- Proactively monitor and maintain client’s IT infrastructure
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in providing IT support services to multiple business clients
- Excellent customer-facing skills and the ability to communicate technical issues in a non-technical way
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle - this is essential
- Hand on experience with Microsoft 365 and/or Office 365 migration
- Use of Active Directory and Group Policy configuration
- Support of PC and mobile devices
- Network and firewall infrastructure support
