Responsibilities:
- Leadership Excellence: Lead and inspire a dedicated team of IT support specialists, fostering a collaborative and client-focused culture.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their business needs, and ensuring the seamless integration of IT support services.
- Technical Oversight: Provide hands-on technical guidance in troubleshooting and resolving escalated issues related to Azure, Office 365 Stack, Servers, Virtualisation tools, networking, and other more
- Infrastructure Management: Oversee the management of on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategic plans for the IT support function, aligning with the latest industry standards and technologies.
- Process Optimization: Streamline support processes, identify opportunities for automation, and implement best practices to enhance efficiency.
- Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices related to cloud infrastructure, applications, network topologies, and more
Requirements:
- Leadership Experience: Proven track record in leading and managing high-performing IT support teams.
- Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of Azure, Office 365, server environments, networking protocols, and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, or equivalent.
- Customer-Centric Approach: A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and a commitment to client satisfaction.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations with poise.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
