We are looking for an experienced IT Tech Support to join our team. You’ll be working on the IT support desk at Bridgewater Finance Group dealing with colleagues who have technical issues such as Office 365 issues, phone issues and forgotten passwords.
Tasks may include:
IT Support Desk Role:
Installing software
Configuring hardware
General maintenance of equipment
Active Directory management
Office 365 support and admin
8x8 phone system support and admin
Diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults
Prioritizing and managing tickets
Configuring and maintaining backups
Windows update rollouts
Working with other departments within IT to help with inhouse systems
