Some of your duties will include:

• Coordinate and supervise the IT Support team.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Configure and maintain data back-ups.
• Set up and manage user accounts in Active Directory and Office 365.
• Monitor and maintain Windows servers, including updates and patches.
• Respond to help desk tickets and provide timely resolution to end-user issues.
• Collaborate with team members to identify and implement IT solutions.
• Maintain documentation of IT processes, procedures, and configurations.
• Design and participate in cyber security risk management activities.
• Install, configure and maintain all network equipment.
• Third line support of hardware, software, network infrastructure systems and client-level hardware.
• Maintain IT asset register.
• Participate in out of hours rota to respond to IT emergency calls, maintenance and projects.

Skills you will have:

Essential

• VMware administration, maintenance and support.
• Firewall administration, maintenance and support.
• HP Nimble or SAN storage administration knowledge.
• Veeam server backup administration.
• Technological projects.
• Key communication skills.
• Must hold a Full UK/Ireland clean driving license.

Desirable

• Strong knowledge of cyber security risk management or accreditations.
• Experience of Windows server & SQL administration.
• ITIL 4 certification.
• Microsoft certifications.
