An exciting opportunity for an IT professional to join a top US law firm in the city as part of their established and growing IT team.
This IT Support Technician will work as part of a well-structured team, supporting on a range of 1st and 2nd line duties that includes;
- Providing deskside and remote technical support
- Handling 1st and 2nd line escalations
- Software and hardware testing
- Application support
- PC imaging and deployment
- Routing, networking and configuring IP phones
The perfect IT Support Technician will have a minimum of two years’ experience in an IT support role within a legal or professional services environment. You will understand and have working knowledge of supporting in a networked environment, creating solutions within SLA.
The role is being offered on a permanent basis with a salary up to c£45,000 plus benefits.
