Overview:

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to start their career as an IT professional looking to progress their career within the IT administration/development arena. We are seeking someone with a desire to progress in administrating cloud based solutions such as O365.
Location:
Fully remote role position.
- With monthly meet up London or Cambridge for team activities
Salary:
£15,000 - £17,000 per annum.
Primary duties would include:
- Assist with maintaining InTune and Azure AD
- Monitor regular for compliance issues
- Assist in implementing new policy for Intune to comply with ISO
- Setup new laptops
- Provide support for Troubleshooting issues with users, laptops, OS
- Maintain servers and provide support and troubleshooting & Maintain Azure based infrastructure
- Support the CTO and Systems Administrator ensure compliance for ISO with SSO, 2FA, Intune, ISO standards for suppliers, policies, process and procedures, as well as the Systems Administrator on internal projects

- Understanding of codeless systems
- Knowledge of :OS Windows, web servers, Tomcat, IIS,web security standards, SSL, DMARC & SPF
- Internal Customer Facing at all levels of the organisation, working alone or as part of a team, whilst able to call upon people as required independently
What we are looking for:
We are looking for a candidate with the following skills and experience:
- Previous IT experience i.e. computer science
- Possess confident communication skills with a desire to progress their career within an ambitious Tech Software and Consultancy firm
- Must possess and maintain a good working knowledge of the current and upcoming IT roadmap to provide best practice advice and ensure the solution design provides the best approach for problem resolution
- Experienced user of IT Software, Microsoft Office suite, CRM/Project Management tools
Languages: English is a must, but other Northern European languages would be an advantage
In addition, the ideal candidate will bring:
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks, take initiative and work proactively with minimal supervision
- An ambition and desire to grow successful career within Ignite Technology
- Understanding of development languages such as SQL, Java, SOAP, REST, Python
Entry requirements:
- 3 GCSE's (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
- GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
- Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship is in a similar subject
You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.
If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.
