Looking to progress into Senior Leadership?
This is an exciting opportunity for a Telephony Manager to join a leading technology business in Leeds.
You'll be managing IT Telephony functions and key telecommunication services, providing hands on escalation and management skills.
This senior role is responsible for managing key supplier & customer relationships and taking control of the finances and budget for the Telephony estate.
What will I be doing?
- Owning the Telephony function
- Ownership of Telephony Incidents, Requests, Change and Escalation processes
- Proactively ensuring priorities are aligned with the business strategy
- Work closely with Help desk teams
- Working closely with technical delivery and commercial teams
- Internal and external stakeholder management
Knowledge and skills:
- Working knowledge of telephony domain and related technologies
- Product ownership of MS 365 Modern workplace
- Help in Major Incident management
- Supplier & customer management
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
