Position Description:
The role provides an exciting opportunity to collaborate with multiple teams across various functions to drive successful business outcomes. In this role, you will manage projects that contribute to the company's success by working with stakeholders across the functions and launch technology initiatives to improve business productivity and accelerate growth opportunities. You will establish and lead the execution of digitization roadmap for end-to-end technologies including ERP systems, Data Analytics, Infrastructure, and related software capabilities for a fully digitized Maintenance Repair & Overhaul (MRO) capabilities.
As a Digital Transformation Leader you will oversee the execution of strategic projects supporting a set of business imperatives set forth at the beginning of each year.

  • Serve as a trusted Thought Leader for the Business and IT executive leadership teams in driving strategic vision for digital transformation
  • Provide direction and guidance to the business leaders on the effective use of technologies and deliver transformative solutions in support organization's mission and strategy
  • As a strategic project leader, you will have the responsibility to engage business executive leadership on investing transformative technologies and guiding execution with teams across the matrix.
  • Identify problematic areas and implement timely and cost-effective strategic solutions.
  • Research and evaluate new technologies to be used as enhancements or upgrades.
  • Demonstrate initiative and be an active problem-solver.
  • Drive a Lean and agile culture/mindset
  • Demonstrate effective conflict management and skillfully handle difficult interactions

Position Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related technical discipline desired or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience.
  • Proven experience implementing digital transformative strategies to unlock new opportunities for the business, accelerating revenue growth and productivity.
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work without organizational authority across organizational boundaries.
  • Demonstrated experience in setting the transformation ambition and driving change encompassing people, processes, culture and technologies.

Preferred Characteristics you will possess:
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or related discipline.
  • Experience in global industrial enterprises.
  • Experience in digitisation programs for MRO, aerospace and/or discrete manufacturing.
  • Experience in ERP systems, Data Analytics, and Supply Chain software solutions.
