A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Accountant to join an international business with head offices based in Oxfordshire. This position has become available after a period of growth in the company.Duties and responsibilities of this role will be varied and include the following tasks:
- Month end duties- accruals and prepayments, journals, reconciliations, fixed assets
- Preparing reports for management and internal teams
- Assisting with audit
- Performing balance sheet reconciliations
- Assisting with statutory accounts
A candidate with a high level of accuracy, adaptability and motivation will be required. Prior experience of month end accounting would be advantageous and the position would suit someone either part qualified (AAT/ ACCA/ CIMA) or qualified by experience. The company are offering flexibility to work on a hybrid basis, parking on- site and 25 days holiday (pro rata). Candidates who are fluent in French or Polish would be preferred.
