The Opportunity: Education Recruitment Coordinator
We are thrilled to announce that applications are now open for the role of Education Recruitment Coordinator based in our growing Surrey Office. You will be joining our Schools division, working alongside a team of experienced consultants. You are responsible for delivering recruitment and onboarding of educators, supporting a variety of schools across Surrey.
Hybrid set up: 4 days in office, 1 day work from home option.
DUTIES:
As an Education Recruitment Coordinator, you will be:
Creating targeted job adverts to attract suitable candidates Utilising social media tools, such as Facebook and LinkedIn, as a vehicle for candidate attraction and retention Establishing positive relationships with prospective candidates who express an interest in working with anzuk Process, manage and organise candidate documentation with confidentiality and professionalism whilst adhering to strict deadlines. Collaborating with your team's consultants to facilitate a swift and effective transition from initial registration through to final placement for each candidate Attending University & job fairs to promote anzuk's service and managing candidate expressions of interest.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Education Recruitment Coordinators must have:
A passion for making a difference in education Experience in a recruitment or sales role (essential) Experience in an education setting (ideal) Alignment with our core values A business-oriented mindset The ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet strict deadlines Curiosity and a desire to learn and innovate Grit, resilience and empathy
