About the role:

You will responsible for providing efficient administrative support to internal clients within the Activate Learning Group and contributing towards an excellent customer service. This will include general administrative tasks, data input into systems, sending communications and liaising with internal and external customers.

This is a permanent, full-time role working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, based at our Guildford College campus, however some travel to other campuses in Surrey may also be required.

What do you need to be successful as a Group Administrator at Activate Learning?

The right candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organised, literate, and have excellent attention to detail. You will be competent in the use of IT to support the business processes – for example, MS Office, especially Word, Google docs and MS 365 is essential.
