Willmott Dixon are looking to recruit a highly organised Administration Coordinator to join our Southern regional office based in Weybridge.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the business as well as support the smooth running of the office.
The role requires a proactive and efficient individual who can handle a variety of tasks with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism. We are ideally seeking someone to work full time and you will be supported to work from home 1 day per week and 4 days in the office. You will ideally be happy to travel to our other regional office based in Farnborough on occasions.
Reporting to our Executive Administrator, the key responsibilities are:
- Providing administrative support to various departments within the business.
- Support with all office operations including ordering lunches and greeting visitors.
- Alongside our reception team be the go-to person within the office.
- Assist in scheduling, coordinating meetings and events.
- Covering for our reception team during holiday and peak periods.
- Supporting our Executive Administrator with any ad-hoc tasks to support our board of directors.
- Be the champion for any social and people initiatives.
- Preparation of information packs in a timely manner when requested
Essential and Desirable Criteria
The ideal candidate
- Previous experience as an administrator.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook and Sharepoint
- Strong organisation and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and part of a team.
- Excellent Customer Service skills.
