SalaryOur client, a global technology organisation, urgently require a number of IT Trainers to undertake a long term contract.
In order to be successful, you will have the following experience:
- Experienced IT Trainer
- Experience in delivering CRM System training is highly beneficial
- Able to commit to dates outlined above
Within this role, you will be responsible for:
- Deliver bespoke courses to our customer across their UK mainland locations
- Deliver training for bespoke CRM system to be rolled out across UK offices
- Thorough customer induction followed by familiarisation of the customised solution and preparation/learning for the delivery of the courses
- Deliver classroom sessions on customer sites Monday-Friday
- Prepare and deliver all training content
- Liaise with internal departments and project teams on a daily basis
