We are seeking a Temporary Customer Service Advisor to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional CUSTOMER SERVICE and support to their clients. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to assist customers with their inquiries and issues.

Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships with customers through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate product information to customers

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette
- Strong ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds
