It Trainer

We are looking to attract an experinced IT Trainer within the Housing Sector. We have a 3 month project working remotely after training. The site is based in Warrington - WA3 postcode, and it will be working 9am- 5pm - 8am - 4pm, paying a competitive rate between 13.00 - 15.50 per hour dependant on experience.
What will you be doing as an IT Trainer?

• You will be an expereinced IT Trainer who has used Systems Expert
• You will also have experience in providing training guides, videos and E-learning
• You will be assisting in the development and management of promotion of the System Expert Framework
• You will also be a System Expert for other housing groups including finance
• Working closely with the L&D team in assisting in ICT in creating a proactive training service that utilities the system expert pool
• Creating articles to populate the self-service support service
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of the groups end user documentation library ensuring that all guidance notes are kept up to date
• Assist and accept applications for the User Testing process
• Identify ad-hoc customer training or assign a buddy for the System Expert mentoring process

We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:

• If you have experience in working within industry roles i.e. housing, local authority.
• Experienced on Systems Expert
• Experience in providing training aids such as video, training guides and E-learning.
• If you have experience in using Visio & microsoft project applications
• You will be an excellent communicator with an assertive manner
• Have a high level of IT literacy
