We are working with a global organisation to add a highly experienced IT Trainer to their team. As IT Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in fostering learning and development and improve the digital skills throughout the organisation. If you are passionate about empowering individuals through creating engaging digital training courses and you possess a keen interest in technology and IT, this opportunity is for you!
The role
· Promote the use of digital technology and improve the digital skills of staff
· Designing and delivering customised IT training courses for a variety of software and systems
· Designing on-demand courses and create digital content using a variety of elearning technologies.
· Create training materials such as presentations, manuals, and exercises to support learning objectives.
· Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate
· Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback mechanisms.
· Provide one-on-one coaching and support to employees to enhance their digital skills.
The Person
· Strong experience of designing training courses and creating digital content using a variety of learning technologies - this includes creating videos and interactive eLearning.
· Experience with eLearning tools such as Camtasia, Rise, Articulate or similar
· Experience with conducting training sessions and presentations, both in person and remotely
· IT Training experience within a corporate or professional services environment
· Strong IT knowledge including Microsoft Office packages.
· Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information in an understandable manner.
· Experience with document management systems would be advantageous.
